Gypohierax

Bird genus - Gypohierax, Gypaetus and Neophron are not related to the other Old World vultures but cluster with Pernis and Aviceda and related taxa at the base of the Accipitridae (Wink & Sauer-Gürth 2004; Lerner & Mindell 2005).
